Legal

Terms of Service.

Last updated: 5 July 2026

1. Agreement

These terms of service form a legal agreement between you and the AI Digital Business System™ (referred to in these terms as "we", "us" or "the platform"). By accessing this website, submitting an application, or using any part of the student platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Application only access

The platform is available by application only. Submitting an application does not create a contract of enrolment. Access to the student platform is granted at our sole discretion after an application review and, where applicable, a consultation call. We may decline any application without providing a reason.

3. Free consultation

The free AI Business Blueprint Session is provided for educational and suitability purposes. Nothing said on the call constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no guarantee of enrolment, income or specific business result is made or implied.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

If your application is approved and you choose to enrol, the fees, payment schedule and any applicable refund window are set out in the enrolment agreement issued to you at the time of purchase. That enrolment agreement, together with these terms, forms the complete contract between us. Payment plan instalments are non cancellable once the refund window has passed.

5. Student conduct

Access to the student platform, community and mentorship is personal to you and non transferable. You agree to keep your login credentials secure, to treat mentors, staff and fellow students with respect, and to comply with community guidelines communicated inside the platform. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for serious or repeated breaches including harassment, sharing of proprietary content, fraudulent chargebacks or unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website and inside the student platform, including training videos, written materials, prompts, frameworks, templates, screenshots, code and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are granted a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access the content for your own learning and to apply it inside your own business. You may not copy, republish, distribute, resell or use the content to build a competing product or training programme.

7. Your own business and content

You retain full ownership of the digital assets, brands and revenues you build using what you learn on the platform. Where you post messages, feedback or examples inside the community, you grant us a limited licence to display and share that content inside the platform for the purpose of running the community and, with your written permission, in anonymised case studies.

8. No income guarantees

Any results, testimonials or student stories shown on this website are the individual experiences of specific students. They are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Building a business involves risk, effort and personal judgement, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We aim to provide advance notice of material changes but this is not always possible for security or legal reasons. Occasional downtime for maintenance is expected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you live.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
