1. Who we are

The AI Digital Business System™ (referred to in this policy as "we", "us" or "the platform") is an application only business consultancy that teaches individuals how to build, launch and scale digital assets powered by artificial intelligence. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, apply for a consultation, or become a student, and how that information is used and protected.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact information you provide (name, email address, phone number, country).
  • Application information (business background, goals, current situation, availability).
  • Account information for approved students (login credentials, profile details, preferences, language).
  • Payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
  • Communications with our team (messages, call notes, mentor feedback, support tickets).
  • Technical information collected automatically (IP address, device type, browser, referring page, pages viewed, session duration).
  • Marketing preferences and consent choices.

3. How we use your information

Your personal information is used to:

  • Review your application and decide whether the programme is a suitable fit.
  • Contact you to arrange a free AI Business Blueprint Session.
  • Deliver the training, mentorship and student experience if your application is accepted.
  • Process payments, invoices and refunds where applicable.
  • Send transactional messages such as account confirmations, password resets, session reminders and important service updates.
  • Send marketing communications where you have consented, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Measure how our website performs and improve our content, security and user experience.
  • Comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering the programme you have purchased), legitimate interests (operating and improving the platform, keeping student accounts secure, understanding how visitors use the website), consent (for marketing emails and non essential cookies), and legal obligation (for example, tax reporting and responding to lawful requests).

5. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted third parties that help us operate the platform, and only to the extent necessary. Categories include: cloud infrastructure and database providers, authentication providers, email delivery services, payment processors, video call and community platforms, analytics providers, and legal or accounting advisors. Every provider is bound by a written contract and appropriate data protection safeguards.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not have an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. How long we keep your information

Application data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact so we can respond to future enquiries. Student account information is kept while your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure so we can meet tax and accounting obligations. Technical logs and analytics data are kept for shorter periods, typically 12 months.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 11. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use industry standard technical and organisational safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, role based access control, row level security policies on our database, secure authentication and audit logging. No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

10. Children

The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
